In this mythical city called New York of over 8,000,000 wandering souls, this tiny corner of the vast tangled world wide web we weave will share my New York via my eyes. You are also encouraged to share your photographs should you so please because after all, mynewyork is also yournewyork and i'm sure you love ournewyork as much as I do. -Citizen NYC

Resistance Is Futile - The Porter House Condo #architecture
Perfectly situated next to Google's New York Headquarters (76 9th Avenue, the former Port Authority building and one of the largest buildings in New York City which Google is rumored to be interested in purchasing for a mere $2 billion) can be found The Porter House Condo, or as local residents call it: the Borg cube.
It is probably one of New York City's most interesting residential properties... definitely unique in architecture and design and the subject of commentaries by locals and tourists alike. The Porter House's best amenity is its location. Right where Chelsea, the West Village and the Meat Packing district meet - three of the trendiest neighborhoods where chique newyorkers can be spotted at all hours of the day. It is also across the street from the cavernous Chelsea Market and a block from the High Line .
Any newyorkers reading this who live at the Porter House? We'd love to hear from you.
